La vie m'a amené vers la guitare, et la guitare vers la musique;
la musique vers le divin et le divin me ramène au sens de la vie ...
Ce que j'aime le plus dans la musique, outre les multiples sensations émotionnelles qu'elle nous apporte, ce sont les rencontres humaines, et le partage qu'elle nous permet d'expérimenter. Et parmi tous, ce voyage intérieur, qui signifie travailler sur soi-même, jour après jour, nous amène à notre propre rencontre et peut-être à se connaître de plus en plus.
Je suis tombé amoureux de la musique à l'âge de huit ans,
et aujourd'hui j'en suis encore plus amoureux parce que je sais pourquoi je l'aime ...
A l'âge de onze ans, recevoir un premier prix de guitare Flamenca
à Toulouse était vraiment encourageant.
Quand j'ai eu 16 ans j'ai eu la chance de rencontrer en Espagne.
Manestro Manolo Sanlucar qui est devenu un vrai guide
et maître pour moi.
Grâce à lui, j'ai pu corriger toutes les fautes d'un musicien
autodidacte et j'ai pu reconstruire une technique solide
qui m'a permis de trouver mon propre chemin.
1992: premier prix du concours international de Nîmes.
Joué dans la première moitié du légendaire Camaron de la Isla
et Tomatito dans les Arènes de Nîmes.
Kiko se produit au Flamenco à côté de:
Duquende, La famille Montoya, La Joselito, La Canastera,
Concha Vargas, José Galvan, Esperanza Fernandez,
Cepillo, Biias Cordoue, Antonio Canales ...
Life brought me towards the guitar,and guitar towards music;
music towards the divine and the divine brings me back to the meaning of life...
What I love the most in music .besides the multiple emotional sensations it brings to us ,are the human encounters, and the sharing it allows us to experience.And among all, this interior trip, which means to work on ourself ,day after day ,and brings us to our own encounter and maybe to know oneself more and more .
I fell in love with music at the age of eight,and today I am even more in love with it because I know why I love it...
At the age of eleven ,to receive a first prize in Flamenca guitar in Toulouse was really encouraging.
When I became 16 years old I had the chance to meet in Spain .Maestro Manolo Sanlucar who became a real guide and master for me .
Thanks to him I could correct all the faults of a self-educated musician ,and I was able to rebuild a solid technic which allowed me to find my own way.
1992 :first prize in the International competition in Nimes .
Performed in the first half of legendary Camaron de la Isla and Tomatito in the Nimes Arenas.
